Sales & Marketing Manager, Pune

 
 
Position :  Manager / Sr Manager - Sales & Marketing, Pune
About Organisation :  Our client organisation - 100% subsidiary of a Germany based company which started its operation in Germany in 1918. And the subsidiary in India in 2014, serving automobile and other sectors. They manufacture products like ABS-plug/socket, coils, Cable junction boxes, Fuse housings, Wire connectors etc., Modular cabling system, Central electrics, High current applications, etc.
Qualification :  
- B.E. Mech / Electrical / Automobile / Mechatronics
- Additionally Master’s degree in Marketing, Business administration or related field will be an added advantage
Experience :  
- 10 to 20 years of experience in Marketing and Sales in the automotive industry.
- Experience in Technical and Management from the automotive field may be advantageous..
Knowledge & Skills:
- Understanding of the relevant industry and market dynamics to effectively position products and services
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing tactics
- Strong track record in sales, design win execution, revenue target achievement, team player
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with customers and collaborate effectively with teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures
- Ready to travel across India for marketing promotions and client visits
Roles and Responsibilities
- To generate unique sales plans,
- To develop pricing strategies and Negotiating deals with the clients
- Maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Stay current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences and workshops, reading publications, maintaining personal and professional networks.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance, identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure the company meets the sales targets and marketing objectives
- To research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends and suggest system improvements to achieve the company's marketing objectives.
- Conduct competitors’ products comparison, identify current competitors’ strengths and weaknesses and gather, investigate & summarise market data and trends
- Introduce new products to the market.
- Create engaging ads and drive strategies to increase brand & product awareness by observe the market, competition, industry trends, etc.
- Analyse budgets, preparing annual budget plans
Location :   Pune
