Our client organisation is a MNC engaged in to manufacturing. Their Indian HO & plant is located in PCMC area in Pune |
|
Qualification : |
BE / B Tech Mech. |
|
Experience : |
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in QA (ideally from engineering industry / compressor / rotary equipment manufacturing co.)
Hands on experience in inspection of casting, fabricated parts, machined parts, bought out parts, incoming items, Plate Grades
Should have experience in supplier shop floor, inward inspection of raw materials

Knowledge & Skills: |
- Should have detailed knowledge of material (for e.g. material grades, MTC review) dealing with
- Good knowledge of chemical & mechanical composition
- Thorough understanding of engg drawing reading, GD&T, various process symbols, etc.
- Exposure to casting, forging, fabrication, related process activities will be an added advantage
- Practical knowledge of using various measuring instruments for inspection purpose
- Good communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities |
Include the following aspects of QA namely (Receipt, Stage & Final Inspection);
- Inspection and Quality Assurance of products
- Assisting for preparation and issue of QPs, Inspection and procedures.
- Study of design drawings, interpretation of Tech. Specs, Standards and Codes.
- Meeting testing requirements.
- Assisting Third party inspection agencies & customer representatives for inspection.
- Implementation of CI tasks, dept objectives and process measurements.
- Implementation of QMS and guiding people in the section.
- Appraisal to HoD-QA on product acceptances, product deviations, customer complaints etc
-Conceptualizing & implementing the action plans / policies and achieving business goals with respect to revenue generation, profitability etc.
- To work closely with the all other departments for achieving organisation's business objectives / goals
