Roles and Responsibilities |
- Order accepts the customer & process order planning.
- Price checking and commercial activities.
- Order entry SAP.
- Order acknowledges send to customer in defined format.
- To take follow- up of pending orders.
- Delay order review.
- To process packing list for further action.
- Handel all delivery and quality related issues.
- Inquiry forward to concern with information to the customer
