Our client is a reputed AOR empanelled OoH (Out-of-Home) Advt organisation located in Bangalore, with their offices in Delhi, Mumbai |
Qualification : |
Bachelor's or Master's degree and MBA in HR. |
Experience : |
- 5 to 8 years handling recruitment & onboarding, employee relations, benefit administration, Training & Development, compliance, policy development, performance management
- Use of Zoho or other similar HRIS software
|
Knowledge & Skills: |
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Zoho or any other similar) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Roles and Responsibilities |
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Recruit, interview and onboard new employees, ensuring they align with the organisation's objectives.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee conflicts, grievances and disciplinary actions while fostering a positive work environment.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee benefits programs, including health insurance, vacation and other employee benefits.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal changes.
- Policy Development: Create and update HR policies and procedures to support business objectives.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and develop improvement plans as needed
