Knowledge & Skills: |
Handling strategic financial management of a group of companies, expert in M&A process, Accounts
|

Roles and Responsibilities |
- Strategic Financial Management
- M&A processes
- Financial Reporting
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Compliance
- All other stretegic F&A related processes as per organisational requirements
Additional input:
- Min 5 yrs of working as Group CFO of a group of companies will be an added advantage
- candidate's Current CTC should be nearly 2Cr per annum
