Finance Manager, Bangalore

 
 
Position :  Finance Manager
About Organisation :  Our client is a reputed AOR empanelled OoH (Out-of-Home) Advt organisation located in Bangalore, with their offices in Delhi, Mumbai
Qualification :  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce and / or relevant additional qualifications, if any.
Experience :  8 to 10 years handling financial management, pay-out process, reporting, account reconciliation, budgeting & forecasting, tax compliance and Fin analysis
 Use of Zoho or other similar Fin software
Knowledge & Skills: - Handling financial management, pay-out process, reporting, account reconciliation, budgeting & forecasting, tax compliance and Fin analysis
 Use of Zoho or other similar Fin software
Roles and Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Rresponsible for maintaining General Ledger accounts, processing payments to vendors and comparing actual expenses to budgeted costs.
- Client Billing and Revenue Recognition: To prepare client invoices, recognize revenue using appropriate methodologies (e.g., percentage of completion), and reconcile deferred revenue.
- Financial Reporting: To prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Account Reconciliation: To reconcile accounts payable and receivable, bank statements, and other financial accounts on a regular basis.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: To assist in preparing budget forecasts and analyzing financial trends to support business decisions.
- Tax Compliance: To manage tax payments and returns, ensuring the organisation is compliant with all tax regulations.
- Financial Analysis: To analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and provides recommendations to management.

Additional Tasks:
- Payroll Management: Overseeing payout process and ensuring timely payment release.
- Financial Software Management: Managing financial and accounting software systems.
- Collaboration: Working with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance.
Location :   Bangalore
