Qualification : |
Graduate / Diploma Engineer or BSc
|
|
Experience :
|
Graduate / Diploma Engineer with minimum 4-6 years;
or
BSc with 6-8 years' experience in coordination of spare parts & service operations function
|
|
Knowledge & Skills: |
- Basic knowledge on commercial aspects of customer contracts.
- Working knowledge of computer (MS Office: Word, Excel, Ppt, etc)
- Experience on ERP will be added advantage.
- Good communication skills (both verbal & written)
- Command over English language (Should be able to speak fluently and do business writing
- Analytical and problem-solving approach

Roles and Responsibilities |
- All aspects of the after sales support.
- Organize installation, commissioning visits.
- Coordinate with customer, Field service dept, parent company in Germany and internal departments for timely resolution of warranty complaints.
- Maintain all records of above activities.
- Service Life cycle management.
- Quotations and order booking for AMC, Chargeable and other services.
- Follow-up for AMC renewals & promotion for new AMCs.
- Regular customer contact to review the quality & performance of the company's products & services and reporting the same.
- Spare parts & Service products sales promotion.
- Follow-up with spare parts dept for timely delivery of parts to complete on-time service.
- Prepare Service Orders in SAP, complete the same, Invoice and payment follow-up.
- Follow ISO procedures as well as systems laid down by the company from time to time.
- Co-ordination between Regions/Customers and vendors / service contractors and ensuring timely support.
- Report preparation: Service business, field complaints report & analysis etc.
- Monitor all service orders and ensure on-time completion and customer satisfaction.
- Identifying prospects for CSS business, implementing the service plans / policies and achieving business goals.
- Technical support to customers & business partner / dealers.
- Assist assembly & testing department in overhaul of customer's equipment in our facility.
- To work closely with the other departments of the company for achieving the company's business objectives / goals.
- Any other related duty that may be assigned by the company.
