Qualification : |
Diploma or BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering |
Experience :
|
Minimum 4-6 years of experience with OEM of reciprocating Compressor manufacturer.
OR
8-10 years of experience with dealer of High-pressure reciprocating Compressors.
OR
12-14 years of experience with OEM / dealer of Low-Pressure Reciprocating or rotary compressors / Engine

Knowledge & Skills: |
Practical Experience:
- Extensive hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, overhauling, servicing and troubleshooting on reciprocating / Rotary compressors / Engines / Generator Sets etc.
- Experience in writing site activity reports, visit reports and various other forms in English language.
- Extensive knowledge and experience on use of tools, tackles, measuring instruments.
Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and instrumentation.
- Basic knowledge of compressed air associated systems and accessories (Filters, Dryers, Drain valves, controls, etc.)
- Should have understanding of industry's best work practices and safety
- Basic knowledge on commercial aspects of customer contracts
- Working knowledge of computer (MS Office: Word, Excel, PPT, etc)

Roles and Responsibilities |
- The responsibility will cover all aspects of the after sales support viz. Installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, overhauls, servicing and troubleshooting of high-pressure compressor systems and accessories at various customer sites across the states of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, Odisha, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh & West Bengal.
- He may also be required to travel across India as and when necessary.
- Hands on working on all above aspects of job.
- Promotion of Spare parts & Service products.
- Technical support to customers and business partners.
- Identifying prospects for CSS business, implementing the service plans / policies and achieving business goals.
- Regular customer contact to review the quality & performance of the company's products & services and reporting the same.
- Field complaint redressing.
- To work closely with the other departments of the company for achieving the company's business objectives / goals.
- Follow ISO procedures as well as systems laid down by the company from time to time.
- Co-ordination between HO, Customers and vendors / service contractors and ensuring timely support.
